Attendance assumption

The share of registrants expected to attend. This changes the attendance estimate only; all registrants can become customers.

Pricing & what’s included

This estimate includes the kit and live hosted experience for each registration you enter, at the selected program’s reference rate. Quantity automatically sets the modeled rate: 0–199 registrations at $180 each, 200–299 at $170, and 300+ at $160. These calculator ranges use the published program rates; subminimum and custom quantities require proposal confirmation.

Includes the curated experience kit, standard ground shipping, branded kit and virtual background, branded item and note card, Unboxed host, live client integration, planning call, shipment support, account lead, scheduling guidance and post-event reporting.

Specialty experiences, alcohol additions, custom items, expedited or international shipping may change actual cost. Confirm your quantity, rate and payment terms in your proposal.

How it’s calculated

Expected attendees = registrations × expected attendance rate. Attendance is a separate engagement estimate and does not change potential deal value or return. Expected new customers = registrants × registrant-to-customer conversion rate, including recipients who do not attend. Potential deal value = expected new customers × average deal value.

Estimated experience investment = registrants × selected program reference rate. Return = (potential deal value − experience investment) ÷ experience investment. Break-even = experience investment ÷ average deal value, rounded up to whole customers. Zero investment shows “N/A” for return.

The entered average deal value determines the valuation period, including the full value of a multi-year contract. Potential deal value is not cash received or first-year revenue. Use the same definition across scenarios. Event count and cadence do not multiply these totals. Deposits are payments toward a published program, not added again as a cost.
